Did You Know That Lack Of Sleep Is Directly Related To Postpartum Sadness?

I created this class to help shocked and unprepared new parents become happier and more satisfied parents.

What Is The Big Deal Anyway?

After the first few sleepy newborn weeks your baby becomes alert to the world and sleep suddenly seems a thing of the past.

You may already have learned that infants wake up every 2-3 hours to eat but why is it so hard to put your baby back to sleep?

You hear stories about how your friends' babies sleep and you start to wonder, am I doing something wrong?

You ask your pediatrician why your baby is so hard to settle and if something is wrong and you get a generic answer and a few book titles.

There is so much conflicting advice and who has the time and energy to read all of those books while your baby screams!

As a mother of three I have been where you are. I have felt the exhaustion, frustration and wondered what to do. I have wept while letting my baby "cry it out" and don't want you to have to feel that stress and sadness.

It took me three kids and a sleep certification training program to figure out that healthy habits lead to a healthy sleeper. It does not have to take you that long. I learned and am now sharing the steps you can take as a parent to help your baby learn to sleep.

The best behavioral based sleep problem strategy is prevention

Most birth education classes have so much to cover that they discuss infant sleep only at the surface level. This class will take you deepr into understanding infant sleep with a focus on strategies for the prevention of sleep problems.

Learn what makes infant sleep patterns so challenging and what you can do proactively to help your baby become "a good sleeper."

No one can promise you that your baby will sleep all night but did you know that the littlest babies are not supposed to? This course will take you from blissfully naïve, skipping right over "stressed out new parent," straight to "fully informed."

This course will guide you in setting up healthy routines to promote optimal sleep for both you and your baby while also supporting the bond between parent and baby.
