Hi, I’m Lisa
I am a Nurse Practitioner with an active OB/GYN Practice, a working Childbirth Educator, and the founder of Sweet Pea Childbirth Preparation. I am also a former L&D nurse, the former Clinical Director at a small GYN Non profit, and a mother of three. I formed Sweet Pea Prep in 2015 to meet the needs of women in my community and discovered a passion for course creation and business development along the way.
Other RNs, NPs, and more have reached out over the years asking for tips and ideas as they too want to create a local program for their community and are wondering how I got started. The truth is that you don't need me to start your journey.... you are more than capable to begin on your own. My hope however is that in learning my steps towards success you will gain a clearer vision and get started teaching faster!
